On parents´ and brother´s eyes

A nice coincidence. Milan Lalkovič jr. scored his first goal among men in the game which his parents and brother came to see. No surprise that the header was devoted to them.
If he could he would for sure have run to share the joy with his family sitting in the stands of FC Brentford stadium, Chelsea Reserve´s home. ´I cannot describe the feelings. Firstly, we managed to equal the game at 3-3 and secondly, it was my first goal in Reserve league. Gradually, I realized that my family were watching so the joy was growing stronger,´ said Miňo who devoted the header to his family, without any hesitation and surprise. ´It was a very nice feeling. Above all, I saw that it was something different for himself than shooting a goal in Youth,´ said Milan Lalkovič sr. Who came to see the game along with his wife Henrieta and younger son Erik. ´I was positively surprised by his performance. I haven´t seen him playing since the U-19 match against Malaysia, played in Senec. Now he came managed a tough game against Fulham. Reserve league is a very demanding competition, played at high pace, full of quality players with much experience from Premiership,´ explained Lalkovič sr. who could see, together with his wife, their son´s working and living environment, meet the family he lives in either. ´Our son has a good care. The family makes him feel at home. That´s very important for him, otherwise it would not work,´ said Miňo´s father who looks back to living in Britain´s capital with some nostalgy. ´Who tried living in home of football and lives with the Game 24/7, knows that the life here is something very special. I would set the clock back,´ confessed Lalkovič sr. who now works as youth manager in Slovak premier league club Tatran Prešov.
