Lalkovič picks Walsall offer

Milan Lalkovič has signed 6 month loan deal with League One side Walsall FC.

MFK Košice and FC Chelsea brought up player joins The Saddlers on half-season contract. "I did not hesitate much, really, after the assistant manager had called me with an offer. He knows me from my Doncaster loan and this was the most important for me, that coaching staff wanted me to come and play," revealed Slovak u-21 international.

The loan came only few weeks after extending the professional contract with Chelsea until 2013/2014 end.

In 2011 Lalkovic played 6 games for Doncaster in the Championship before moving out on loan to ADO Den Haag in Holland and then Vitoria Guimares in Portugal on a season long loan.

"I am really happy and looking forward to play for this club," tweeted Lalkovič after signing Walsall.
