Following perfect start to u21-preliminary phase and three victories in a row, the first loss has come. Slovak youngsters were defeated by France 0-2. "Triple winning row, moreover without conceding, is over now. French team is regarded one of the best in Europe, that´s why we should not give up after this loss," says Milan Lalkovič, who was expecting better performance from himself as well. "To tell the truth, it did not match my imagination.. I am still young, have much to learn and I hope this kind of games, against top ranked teams, must help me."

"But still nothing is lost, we are second, have one more match to play, so if we continue working hard, the success comes," concluded only 18-years old Slovakian, who capped 7 times for u-21.
