It´s been two worth-seeing games last weekend when our players stood on opposite sides of pitch in Czech and Slovak league, respectively.
We could not miss on the stands, naturally.
Striker Balaj of FC Zlín hosted Dynamo České Budějovice with goalkeeper Dávid Šípoš in starting XI on Saturday.
Filip was much more happy as his team won 5-1 and he managed to score 1+1 against his former teammate.
"I am lucky against Dávid. I remember scroing him hattrick in Slovak league within my spell with FC ViOn. Now the personal stats is not the target, because we needed three points very much," says Filip.
Dávid was working hard and admits that conceding five goals was too much. His side was in 10 men since first minute.
"I have never played game when we get into ten men right after the kick-off. Our plan was destroyed. We met with ´Bali´ after the final whistle, was good to meet him, but next time we will make different result," added Dávid, who made many good saves, preventing his team from even higher defeat.
There was a different game on Sunday in Dunajská Streda, where DAC hosted Žilina in top-6 group battle. Home goalkeeper Samuel Petráš played against Žilina striker Adrián Kaprálik.
Especially Petráš, on loan from Žilina, was in special position as he signed new contract with FK DAC, making him permanent member of Dunajská Streda in summer.
DAC won 1-0.
"I was fully focused on the game and the clean sheet is the result of our good work. We could score second goal to make it more comfortable, but now it´s over and three points are at home. We are working step by step, game by game and we hope our dream comes true," added Petráš, making his 9th shutout this season.
