Illya´s Slovak steps

Ukrainian winger Illya Cherednychenko is showing his skills in Spartak Trnava´s junior team.
Former U16 international came to Slovakia from Metalist Kharkiv in summer 2015. Failing to make single league appearance for that-time Ukrainian giants, he decided to go abroad.
"My first step was FC Nitra. The club finally decided not to sign me, so I accepted to play half season in third league for Nové Zámky. Then I moved to second league," says quick and skilled player, preferring to play on wide.
Last winter, he made transfer to one of the most famous Slovak teams - FC Spartak Trnava. "I started the season in Sereď. Despite we were second in the ladder, I decided to move, because Trnava is traditional club with great history, well known for its huge fans support. I am playing for Spartak´s junior team (2nd Slovak league), determined to do my best and attract the attention of first team staff," says Cherednychenko, who scored 8 goals this season.
